漆酚缩醛胺/环氧树脂水性涂料的涂膜性能研究

摘    要:由漆酚缩甲醛二乙烯三胺树脂(UFDP)乳液与环氧树脂(EP)乳液制备了水性涂料,用TG-DTA、IR等手段进行结构表征和性能测试。结果表明,m(UFDP)/m(EP)为2:1时,涂膜具有优良的物理机械性能、热稳定性能和耐化学介质腐蚀性能。

Abstract:Waterbome coating was prepared with waterborne urushiol formaldehyde diethylenetriamine polymer(UFDP) emulsion and waterborne epoxy resin(EP) emulsion.The strucuure and physico-chemical property of the coating film were examined by TG-DTA,IR etc.The results showed that the film was formed by cross-linking of UFDP and EP at a ratio of 2/1(m/m) and had excellent physico-mechanical properties,resistance against chemical media and thermo-stability.
