摘    要:为提高混合动力装载机的节能效果,提出了一种针对并联式混合动力装载机动力系统参数匹配的方法。分析了混合动力装载机系统结构、工况特点及控制策略,提出了优化目标函数及约束函数。对某5t混合动力装载机的主要元件进行了参数匹配,在此基础上利用粒子群优化算法对传动系统参数进行了优化。仿真研究结果表明:参数匹配后系统装机功率和油耗降低、效率提高。经优化后的系统油耗更低。

Abstract:To improve the system efficiency and fuel economy of hybrid power loader,parameter matching method for the parallel hybrid power loader was proposed.First,the system structure,operating conditions and control strategy of the hybrid power loader were analyzed.Then the objective function and constraint function for optimization were established.Parameter matching was implemented on a 5 ton hybrid power loader.Particle swarm optimization algorithm was employed to optimize the transmission system.Simulation results show that,after parameter matching,the system efficiency was improved and fuel consumption was reduced,which could be further reduced by system optimization.
