摘    要:采用三维电极电化学反应器处理含酸性大红3R的染料废水,考察了槽电压、原水浓度和反应时间对处理效果的影响,分析了反应过程中电流值的变化,对氧化还原电位(ORP)与去除状况的关系、反应器内不同位置的去除效果进行了初步探讨,并通过紫外一可见光谱分析了酸性大红3R的分解产物.试验表明,在最佳条件时,含酸性大红3R的染料废水色度去除率接近100%,COD去除率大于90%.

Abstract:The treatment of acid scarlet 3R dye-wastewater by three-dimensional electrode is researched. The effects of cell voltage, original solution concentration and electrolysis time on the removal efficiency are inspected. The current change in reaction process is analysed. In addition, the relation between oxidation reduction potential(ORP)and removal state and the removal rates of different locations in the reactor are proposed and discussed elementarily. In virtue of Ultraviolet-visible spectrum, the decomposed offspring of acid scarlet 3R dye is analysed. The experimental results indicate that the removal rate of chroma approached 100%and the removal rate of COD exceeds 90% under the optimum conditions.
