汽车自动变速器模拟运行系统的电控设计

摘    要:自动变速器以其卓越的动力传输特性被广泛地应用于车辆,但因其结构复杂而精密,传统的诊断维修方式远远落后于变速器技术发展为此提出了自动变速器模拟运行系统的研制。根据对自动变速器的结构及其工作过程的研究,设计并制造出检测自动变速器的模拟运行平台,本文特别对该系统的数据采集、功率控制、抗干扰措施及人机对话部分作了详细的描述。

Abstract:Automatic transmission is applied to vehicle owing to its perfect power transmission performance, because its structure is very complex and precision, traditional diagnosis and maintenance method lags behind transmission technology out and away,thus development of automatic transmission simulation run system is brought forward . base on study of automatic transmission structure and work process , we design and manufacture the simulation run platform for testing autumatic transmission, the paper especially describes data sampling,power control,anti-interfere and man machine conversation of the system in detail.
