摘    要:聚羧酸减水剂分子最基本的结构单元为聚乙氧基(-OCH_2CH_2-)、羧基(-COO-),通过引入其它活性基因可以优化其的性能。在保持主要分子结构不变的情况下,选择适当的改性剂A、B、C,通过接枝共聚,引入不同功能的官能团,可以明显改善减水剂与水泥的适应性。实验结果表明:引入10%的改性剂A可以明显提高减水率,抑制流动性损失;引入5%的改性剂B,可以明显抑制高C_3S水泥水化,增加流动保持性;引入2%改性剂C可以明显提高减水剂的引气、保水性能

Abstract:The basic structure cell of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is carboxyl(-COO-)and Gather oxygen ethylene (-OCH_2CH_2-),and the performance of the water reducer can be improved with introducing the active groups.When the basic structure cell kept,the Modifying Copolymer A,B,C has been polymerized,which can improve the adaptability of the water reducer.The result shows that the reducing efficiency and the ability of restraining the loss of the fluidity has advanced with introducing the Modifying Copolymer A(10%);the hydration of the C_3S has been restrained,and holding ability of the fluidity has improved,with introducing the Modifying Copolymer B(5%);the ability of the Air-Entraining and water holding has improved,which adding the Modifying Copolymer C(2%).
