| Abstract: | The synthesis, preparation, structures, properties and applications of poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fiber are introduced, and the R&D status of PBO fibers are reviewed. Meanwhile, the various techniques for surface treatment and interfacial modification of this fiber are reported. |
