摘    要:针对舰船管道的抗冲减振优化问题,讨论了有限元分析软件ANSYS的优化设计分析过程及实现方法.以单个梁模型为基础,模拟了不同的边界条件、不同的管支吊架个数、不同的约束方向上管道的冲击响应.并以简化的右舷柴油发电机组排气管模型为基础建立一个简化的梁模型,提供了一种适用于复杂管道的分析和优化方法,分析了在冲击载荷和正弦载荷以...

Abstract:In this paper,ship pipeline vibration reduction optimization was studied.An optimization process and analysis method based on ANSYS was studied.Based on the single beam model,the response of the shockwave of the pipes was simulated with various boundary conditions,different numbers of pipe clamps,and several directions of the constraint.A reduced beam model was established based on the reduced model of the starboard diesel generator's vent-pipes.An analysis and optimization method was provided for complex p...
