摘 要: | 钻井施工过程中需要对溢流、井漏进行及时监控,发现问题后要立即采取相应井控措施。为实现1 m3发现,2 m3关井的目标,对现有溢流监测装置进行了改进。将钻井液高架槽的单挡板改为双挡板结构,利用挡板1降低钻井液流动速度,减缓钻井液液面波动;利用挡板2调节液面高度,实现液面高度差变化的精确计量。根据U形管原理设计了钻井液罐浮球式装置,不仅消除了滤圆筒外液面的波动,同时解决了气泡聚集的问题,能够精确计量发生井漏或溢流后钻井液罐中钻井液的体积变化量。改进后的溢流监测装置在塔河油田60余口井进行了推广使用,其中6口井发生溢流时,该装置均能准确地发现溢流,关井后溢流量均在2 m3以内,较传统的人工方法能够更加及时准确地发现溢流。现场应用表明,该装置能有效提高发现溢流、井漏的灵敏性,解决现场发现溢流滞后的问题,可为精确发现溢流提供技术支撑。

Development and Application of a Device for Alleviating Liquid Level Fluctuation to be Used in Drilling Fluid Circulation System |

Abstract: | In drilling operation process,overflow and well leakages need to be monitored in a timely manner and established so that the appropriate well control measures can be taken.In order to achieve the target of1 m3 discovery and 2 m3 shutdown,the innovative development of an existing overflow monitoring system was carried out.The elevated slot of drilling fluid was changed to double baffle structure.The first baffle plate was used to alleviate the fluctuation of the liquid level by reducing the flow velocity of drilling fluid and the second baffle plate was used for the accurate measurement of liquid height deviation by adjusting liquid level height.The design of floating ball device of the drilling fluid tank by using the principle of U tube had effectively eliminated the fluctuation of the liquid level outside the filter cylinder.Meanwhile,the floating ball solved the problem of bubble accumulation and could accurately measure the volume change in of the mud pit after the occurrence of well leakage or overflow.This device was widely used in more than 60 wells and the overflow only occurred in 6 wells in total.Overflow detection accuracy was 100%.After the well was shut in,the overflow amount was less than 2 m3.The device could detect the overflow more promptly and accurately than the traditional methods of using human beings to record the data.The field application showed that this device could effectively enhance the ability to attain sensitive measurements of overflow and well leakage,solve the problem of overflow detection delay in the field and provide technical support for the accurate detection of overflow. |
