钛合金在油气勘探开发领域的应用前景

摘    要:钛合金以其优异性能,已广泛应用于航空、航天、船舶、化学化工、医疗、海洋工程和石油石化等各个领域,引起了全球研究者拓展钛合金应用领域的研发热潮。钛合金具有低密度(20 ℃密度4.506~4.516 g/cm3)、高比强度、优异的耐蚀性及抗冲击性能、较高的经济性等特征,与其他金属材料相比具有明显优势。尽管应用于油气勘探开发领域时存在耐蚀局限性、腐蚀电位高等方面的问题,但钛合金钻杆、油套管、输送管线等已在积极研发并投入试验。随着钛合金成本的不断降低以及加工制造技术的发展,其在石油天然气勘探开发中的应用将会越来越广阔。

Application foreground of titanium alloy in petroleum exploration and development

Abstract:Titanium alloys have been widely used in aviation, aerospace, shipping, chemical, medical, marine engineering, petroleum and petrochemical industries because of their excellent properties, causing the global researchers expand its application development upsurge.Titanium alloy has the advantages of low density(20 ℃, 4.506~4.516 g/cm3), high specific strength, excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance, high economy compared with other metal materials. Although the titanium alloy pipe has some disadvantages, such as corrosion resistance, corrosion potential when it was used in the field of petroleum exploration and development, titanium alloy drilling rod, oil casing pipe and transmission pipeline have been actively developed and put into trial. With the continuous reduction of the cost of titanium alloy and the development of processing technology, its application in petroleum and natural gas exploration will be more and more extensive.
