电弧等离子技术在石油工程中的应用前景

摘    要:电弧等离子技术在材料、机械、国防等工业领域得到了广泛应用,但在石油工程领域应用较少。介绍了电弧等离子技术的基本原理和在石油工程中应用的优势,在调研国外电弧等离子技术在石油工程应用现状的基础上,分析了其在硬地层提高钻井机械钻速、井筒强化、低渗透储层增产改造、套管磨铣中的应用前景,指出了其在石油工程中应用的关键技术,包括长寿命高可靠性电极、低波阻抗脉冲传输电缆、高储能密度电容和脉冲放电参数优化。研究结果为我国石油行业应用电弧等离子技术提高油气勘探开发效率、降低作业成本提供借鉴和思路。

Application prospect of arc plasma technology in petroleum engineering

Abstract:Arc plasma technology is widely used in many industrial fields, such as material, machinery and national defense, but it is less applied in petroleum engineering. In this paper, the basic theories of arc plasma technology and its application advantages in petroleum engineering were introduced. Then, the application status of arc plasma technology in petroleum engineering abroad was investigated, and its application prospect for ROP (rate of penetration) increasing, borehole strengthening, low-permeability reservoir stimulation and casing milling in competent strata was analyzed. And the key technologies involved in its application in petroleum engineering were put forward, including long-life high-reliability electrode, low wave impedance pulse transmission cable, high energy storage density capacitance and impulsive discharge parameter optimization. The research results provide the reference and thought for the application of arc plasma technology in domestic petroleum industry to increase oil and gas exploration and development efficiency and decrease operation cost.
