摘    要:为充分利用气层能量,提高油井日产量,恢复油井自喷能力,通过流入控制阀阻流降压的作用,将气顶气或气藏气注入生产井筒,从而降低井筒的流体密度,延长油井自喷时间。综合分析了自动气举系统的流动理论,以PIPESIM软件为工具,研究了油藏含水率等敏感因素对注气点深度的影响,同时采用节点分析法设计控制阀各级开度的面积。经过案例模拟验证,油井产量从120 m3/d增加到413 m3/d,增长了2.4倍,提高了油井的产量。

Theoretical study on the automatic gas lift of intelligent well completion

Abstract:To make full use of the energy of gas layers to increase the daily production of oil wells and recover the flowing capacity of oil wells, the gas in gas caps or gas layers is injected into the production wellbore by means of the choke and pressure drop effect of inflow control device, so as to decrease the density of the fluid in the wellbore and extend the flowing period of oil wells. In this paper, the flow theory of automatic gas lift system was analyzed comprehensively, and the effects of sensitive factors (e.g. water cut of the oil reservoir) on the depth of gas injection points were investigated using the software PIPESIM. Besides, the area of control device under different openings was designed by means of the nodal analysis method. It is verified by the case simulation that the production rate of oil well is increased by 2.4 times from 120 m3/d to 413 m3/d.
