常压页岩气井自生气气举技术

摘    要:针对常压页岩气藏压后初期不具备自喷生产条件及电潜泵频繁卡泵停机问题,研究了常压页岩气井自生气气举技术。利用本井自生气作为气源,通过气举降低管柱内液体密度的原理,实现了常压页岩气井连续性排采。介绍了自生气气举井口流程和气举工艺管柱,进行了气举井注气压力敏感性分析和气举排液采气工艺设计。PYHF-3井现场试验表明,该井措施后日产液51.37 m3,日产气17 424.65 m3。常压页岩气井自生气气举技术将为常压页岩气井的连续性排采提供新的技术支持。

Gas lift technology about authigenic gas of atmospheric shale gas well

Abstract:After fracturing stimulation, atmospheric shale gas reservoirs cannot realize flowing production and electric submersible pumps are frequently stuck and stopped at the early stage. To solve these problems, the gas lift technology based on authigenic gas of atmospheric shale gas well was investigated. The authigenic gas of one well is taken as the gas source. Atmospheric shale gas wells are produced continuously by decreasing the density of liquid in pipe strings by means of gas lift. Wellhead process and technological string of authigenic gas lift were introduced. Then, sensitivity analysis was performed on the gas injection pressure of gas lift wells, and drainage gas recovery technology of gas lift was designed. This technology was tested on site in Well PYHF-3. It is shown that after its application, daily liquid production is 51.37 m3 and daily gas production is 17 424.65 m3. This gas lift technology based on authigenic gas of atmospheric shale gas well can provide new technical support for the continuous production of atmospheric shale gas wells.
