鄂尔多斯超低渗储层智能注水监控技术

摘    要:鄂尔多斯超低渗油藏的注水开发存在如常规分注工艺配套费用高、人工作业复杂、分注合格率下降快且无法长期监测分层动态数据等问题,为此提出了智能注水全过程监控技术。该技术包括井下自动控制配水器、地面传输控制一体化装置及远程监控系统,应用流体波码技术及井下流量智能调节理论,实现了井下分层流量自动测试、自动调节,动态数据长期测试及存储,地面与井下远程无线数据传输,油田数字化系统实时监控等功能。2016年超低渗典型区块开展20口井现场试验,分注合格率95%。智能注水监控技术实现了精细配水,有效控制单层突进,减少无效水循,并真实掌握油藏开发动态过程,为实现油藏高效注水开发奠定了工艺基础。

An intelligent waterflood monitoring technology used for the ultra-low permeability reservoirs in Ordos

Abstract:The waterflood development of ultra-low permeability reservoirs in Ordos is faced with many problems. For example, the support system for conventional separate layer water injection technology is of high cost, artificial operation is complex, qualification rate of separate layer water injection drops fast, and dynamic data of stratification cannot be monitored for the long time. In this paper, the whole-process intelligent monitoring technology for water flooding was developed to solve these problems. This technology is composed of automatic-control bottom hole regulator, integrated surface transmission and control device and remote monitoring system. By virtue of fluid wave code technology and intelligent downhole flow control theory, a series of functions are realized, such as automatic testing and control of downhole flow rate of each layer, long-term testing and storage of dynamic data, remote wireless communication of surface and downhole data, and real-time monitoring of oilfield digitizing system. In 2016, this technology was tested on site at 20 wells in a typical ultra-low permeability block, and its qualification rate of separate layer water injection is 95%. By virtue of intelligent waterflood monitoring technology, water flow is regulated precisely, single layer breakthrough is controlled effectively, unavailable water circulation is reduced, and the dynamic process of oil reservoir development is understood truly. It provides the technological basis for the efficient waterflood development of oil reservoirs.
