摘    要:设计一种新型高量程压阻式微加速度传感器.并将其应用于对铜靶和混凝土靶进行100000 g以上的侵彻测试.实验结果表明,该传感器在侵彻钢靶具有良好的抗过载能力.对实测过栽时程曲线进行系统分析,结果表明该传感器与988传感器的侵彻过载数据基本吻合:侵彻混凝土靶时出现传感器粱断裂现象.需进一步从封装方面改进.

Abstract:A high-g piezoresistive acceleration sensor is designed in this paper.By applying to the projectile,the penetration tests are provided,which take the steel and concrete as a target.Experimental results show that the sensor has a good anti-overloading ability in penetrating steel target.The measuring penetration overloading are analyzed in detail.The analysis shows that the penetration overload data of this sensor agrees with the 988 sensor.The beams of the sensor are fractured while penetrating concrete target and the further improvement should be made from the package.
