土压平衡盾构在上软下硬复合地层中的施工技术

摘    要:上软下硬复合地层是盾构隧道中的不良地层之一。文章针对这类地层的主要特征,分析了土压平衡盾构机掘进通过时容易产生姿态上抬、刀具损坏、地面沉降、土仓结泥饼、卡螺旋机的风险,提出刀具配置和更换、掘进控制、预设换刀区几方面的对策,并列举了一些对掘进时异常情况的辨别和处理方法,可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:The soft under hard compound strata is one of the adverse strata on shield tunnel. Aiming at the main characteristics of these strata, analysis of earth pressure balance shield tunneling risk of posture elevate, cutting tools damage, surface subsidence, soil storehouse knot mud cake, screw machine was stuck. Putting forward the cutting tools configuration and change, tunneling control, preset cutting tools replacement area in several aspects countermeasures, and listed some methods about how to identify and handle the abnormal situation in the tunneling, provide a reference for similar projects.
