电除尘器提效改造的几种典型方式

摘    要:随着北京市大气污染物排放标准的提高,京能热电电除尘器根据现场的有限条件,进行了典型的袋式除尘器、电袋复合式除尘器的改造,通过最佳设计参数选型、结构设计及良好的安装质量,使改造后的除尘器克服了其它电厂所发生的滤袋氧化、破损等问题。通过电袋复合式除尘器根据锅炉不同负荷的运行方式的优化,达到既减排又节能的目的。

Abstract:With the improvement of Beijing air pollutants discharge standards,according to the limited local condition,so the reformation for typical bag dust-collector and unified electric-bag composite dust-collector was carred out in Beijing Jingneng Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.Through the optimal design parameter selection,structure design and good installing quality,the reformed dust-collector overcame many problems,such as the oxidation and disrepair occrued in other power plants.Through the running mode optimization of unified electric-bag composite dust-collector based on different load,the purpose of emission reducing and energy saving was attained.
