主成分分析法在太湖水质富营养化评价中的应用

摘    要:运用主成分分析法对太湖水质的富营养化情况进行了评价.主成分分析法可以少数的综合变量取代原有的多维变量来进行有针对性的定量化评价,在评价过程中,由第1和第2主成分组成的综合主成分方差贡献率达96.24%;通过VB调用MATLAB可以完成评价过程中所有的运算.对1987和1994年太湖中各测点的水质富营养化状态进行定性评价,同时还对各监测点的水质进行了横向和纵向比较,整个评价过程简单易行.

Abstract:The principal component analysis is applicd to lake pollution evaluation of the water high entrophication in Taihu Lake.It can obviously simplify data structure for original multidimensional comprehensive variable and minimize the loss of original data information.The total contributing rate of the comprehensive pollution principal component, which is made up of the first principal component and the second principal component,will be 95%. Using MATLAB in VB, computer can accomplish the whole process. High eutrophication states supervised in the ten different places of Tai lake in 1987 and in 1994 are separately qualitative evaluated. At the same time, water qualities of Taihu Lake in different places and at different times are compared. This kind of quantitative evaluation is convenient and can be widely applied.
