| Abstract: | In this article, up-to-date theoretical and experimental developments of the nonlinearity of the photonic crystal fibers(PCFs) are introduced in detail, including some experimental phenomena and theoretical analysis of the nonlinearity of the two basic types of PCFs. The promising potential for application of the all-fiber devices based on the nonlinearity is also discussed. |
