| 摘 要： | 系统研究了增韧剂、填料和成核剂对炭黑着色聚丙烯(PP)黑度的影响.结果表明,随着增韧剂含量增加,L值增大,黑度变差,添加增韧剂对配高黑度颜色不利,增韧剂对黑度的影响与注射过程中产生的皮芯结构有关;填料对黑度的影响不大,但用量过多会降低表面光泽度;成核剂的加入提高了结晶温度,注射过程中表层熔体更易硬化,抑制了炭黑向芯层迁移,表层炭黑含量比纯PP高,吸收光线能力增强,L值变小,黑度增加.

| Abstract: | The effect of toughener,filler and nucleating agent on darkness of modified polypropylene colored with carbon was researched.The results showed that with increase of toughener content,L value increased,the darkness decreased.The effect of filler on darkness was insignificant,while the gloss would decrease with high filler content.The crystallization peak temperature rose effectively when nucleating agent was used.The darkness increased with increase of crystallization peak temperature.The effect of toughene... |
