空冷风机机械式传动的新探索

摘    要:阐述了空冷风机机械式传动的设计与制造过程,通过对空冷风机皮带式传动及机械式传动的结构分析,阐明了机械式传动的空冷风机的优点,其具体表现为运行可靠,不丢转速,工作效率高,结构紧凑,重量轻,寿命长,故障率低,维修方便,维护费用低等,为空冷风机的改进开拓了一条新路。

Abstract:Expounding design and fabrication process of air-cooled blower mechanical transmission,through structural analyzing of air-cooled blower belt type transmission and mechanical type transmission,it clearly explains advantage of mechanical transmission of air-cooled blower,its' specific performance is reliable operation,non-discarding revolution,high working efficiency,close-cou-pled structure,light weight,long life expectancy,low fault rate,convenient repairing and low maintenance cost,etc,which leads the air-cooled blower improvement to a new route.
