室外钢结构防火涂料的耐湿热性能研究

摘    要:普通的超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料在湿热环境下使用时,涂层表面时有白色晶体析出,防火性能显降低。红外光谱分析此白色晶体为聚磷酸铵(APP)。采用聚合度大于60的聚磷酸铵或聚磷酸三聚氰胺代替聚合度为20的聚磷酸铵,在保持防火性能的同时,能显提高涂料的耐湿热性能。

Abstract:It is found that some white crystals will occur on the surface of the title conventional ultra-thin dilatant fire retardant coatings film when used in moisture and heat condition, which then decrease the fire resistant property apparently. The white crystals are identified the ammonium polyphosphate (APP) by use of FT-IR. It is shown that replacement of ammonium polyphosphate having lower polymerization degree 20 with that having higher polymerization degree over 60 or poly (melamine phosphate) will improve the moisture and heat resistance of the coatings tremendously, while keeping the fire retardant property.
