| 摘 要： | 2002年国家给阜新投入国债资金1 200万元,用于水土保持生态建设.共实施2个年度,治理水土流失面积244.64 km2.目前各项治理措施全部见效.经测算,年可蓄水1 646.5万m3、保土55.43万t,年净增效益值2 928.43万元.
