| 摘 要： | 文章分析了南水北调中线干线工程建设过程中影响工程建设进度的主要因素,包括征地拆迁、工程设计、施工组织及其他方面,并结合工程进度管理实践,对一些好的经验做法进行了总结,有针对性地提出了进度控制的对策.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the main influences factors of the construction schedule in the middle route project of south—to—north water divenion,the factors contain the land acquisition and house demolition,project design, construction organization,and so on.Combined with the good experiences in the practice of project schedule management,the paper put forward pertinencely the countermeasures and suggestion of schedule control. |
