立式磨机非机械式锁风喂料装置的理论研究

摘    要:传统的机械式锁风喂料装置由于在原理、结构和功能等方面的问题,难以满足立式磨机强负压系统的锁风要求。创新的非机械式锁风喂料装置不仅具有锁风性能好、系统漏风少、稳定控制物料流速、提高粉磨效率等多项功能,而且还简化了立式磨机喂料系统的工艺流程,从而可以大幅度提高立式磨机的产量和热效率。

Abstract:It is very difficult for traditional mechanical air lock feeder to meet the demands of locking the air in the high negative pressure system of a roller mill because of problems existed in its principle, structure and function . the new non-mechanical air lock feeder not only has satisfactory locking air performance, less infiltrated air from the system and steadily controlling feed rate , but also can simplify the technological process of the feeding system of a roller mi11, thus greatly increasing the output and heat efficiency of the roller mill.
