超高性能纤维增强混凝土初步研究

摘    要:去除普通混凝土中的粗骨料以提高匀质性,同时在水泥基体中复合使用粉煤灰、硅粉和高效减水剂,并掺加微细纤维以增强韧性和延性,可以获得超高性能的水泥基纤维增强材料。通过试验结果表明:以水胶比为0.16,配制出流动性良好的混凝土,达到抗压强度230MPa、抗折强度50MPa。

Abstract:it discusses the dislodg rough aggregate out of common concrete to imprve homogeneity. and compounding coal ash, ganister sand and efficient water reducing agent and flue fibreIn cement matrix to raise the toughness and duetility, cement matrixfibre reinforced concrete withsuperproperty can be abtianed. The experiment shows that if the ratio between water and glue is0.16, concrete of good flow behavior can be compounded, with presure resistance amounting to 230MPa breaking resistance 50MPa.
