摘    要:某厂的助剂(BFR)管线在生产过程中发生点蚀,并且在补焊过程中出现了开裂。我们从腐蚀环境、腐蚀形态、材质等方面分析了腐蚀失效发生的原因,并提出相关建议,避免类似失效事件的再次发生。

Abstract:Pitting corrosion is found to the BFR chemical pipe of some plant during the production process.and then,cracking occur in the process of welding repair.Through the corrosion environment,corrosion morphology and material analysis,we reach the pipe failure causes and make some specific suggestions to prevent similar incidents failure.
