风力机塔架模态分析及应用

摘    要:以某大型风力机塔架为例,对塔架进行了动力特性计算,利用ANSYS有限元软件完成建模和模态分析,分析中考虑了塔顶上方机舱总质量、塔底基础质量及塔架基础约束刚度的影响。计算结果表明塔架与叶轮不会发生共振,为塔架安全运营和进一步研究风力机塔架的结构动力学分析提供了依据。

Abstract:Taking a large wind turbine tower as an example,the dynamic properties are calculated.The finite element model is built and modal analysis is completed by using the finite element software ANSYS.Factors including total tower-head mass,mass of foundation and stiffness of foundation are considered in modal analysis.The calculation results show that the tower will not resonate with the wind rotor,which provide basis for the safe service and the further dynamic analysis of wind turbine tower.
