微生物絮凝剂处理氧化铁红颜料废水研究

摘    要:研究利用微生物絮凝剂处理氧化铁红废水,优化微生物絮凝剂处理氧化铁红废水的条件。结果表明,微生物絮凝剂具有较大废水浓度适用范围,在原水浓度为3~7gm较大范围内,絮凝率均达到75%以上。最佳絮凝剂加入量为2.0mL/L、最佳静置时间为30min、不需要投加助凝剂,最佳原水pH为6.0,絮凝效果最好达到94.5%。

Abstract:The treatment condition of Fe203 dyestuff wastewater using the microbial flocculant were optimized in the paper. The results elucidated that the range of wastewater density was extensive in the process. The flocculant rate was more than 75 % while the the range of wastewater density between 3 g/L to 7 g/L. The best quantity of microbial flocculant was 2.0 mL/L and the best time of sedimentation was 30 rain. It was no need to add flocculant additive in the experiment. The best pH value ofwastewater was 6.0 and the flocculant rate could reach 94.5 %.
