用户电力技术与暂态电能质量的改善

摘    要:概述了暂态电能质量主要问题,指出用户电力技术(或DFACTS技术)是解决这一问题的有效手段。在此基础上介绍了几种具有代表性的用户电力设备(如SSCB,DSTATCOM,DVR,UPQC等)的工作原理及国内外利用其在改善暂态电能质量中的应用情况。最后简要概括了这一领域的最新研究进展。

Abstract:Several major problems of transient power quality are described. CP (Custom Power) or DFACTS technology is proposed to be a both economical and effective approach to meet the new challenges on power quality. Some representative custom power devices, such as SSCB, DSTATCOM, DVR and UPQC, together with their working principle and application conditions in transient power quality improvement, are introduced in this paper. Finally the latest researching progress in this field is briefly summarized.
