浓密机溢流水澄清试验研究与应用

江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂新炉渣选矿系统投产初期出现尾矿、精矿浓密机溢流水不能澄清,多种重金属离子、固体悬浮物超标的问题,影响全厂的环保工作。通过试验研究,浮选作业添加少量石灰,将矿浆pH值调整到8￣9,再添加适量絮凝剂,浓密机溢流水达到了国家一类排放标准,实现渣选矿废水的零排放,做到了选矿过程的清洁生产。

THE CLARIFYING RESEARCH OF OVERFLOW OF THICKENER AND APPLICATION

In Guixi production, the ions and solid Smelter of Jiangxi Copper overflow of concentration suspend affect days of new slag flotation system putting into thickener can not be clear,and the problems of many heavy metal environment protection of plant. After research,with a little addition of lime in flotation to adjust pH into 8-9 and proper dosage of flocculation,the overflow of thickener is fit for national first stair let standard,and the zero let of waste water from slag is realized.
