摘    要:报道含二苯基二氯化硅组份(简称 Si)的丙烯聚合高效催化剂 MTES,这类催化剂活性比不含 Si的 MTE 催化剂高2至7倍,但等规度几乎不变,而且活性衰减速率较小。通过催化剂平均晶粒尺寸、比表面积、IR、ESR、非负载 TiCl_4含量、外加 Si 的影响等研究探讨了 Si 的优良改性作用机理。


Study on High-activity Supported Catalysts MTES Containing Component of Dichlorodiphenylsilane
Abstract:Supported catalysts MTES for propene polymerization containinig dichlorodi-phenylsilane are superior to conventional supported catalysts MTE in having anactivity of over 2—7times higher,a lower activity decaying rate,high-stereose-lectivity as well as high stability.In order to study the above effect of diphenyldichlorosilane,we have studiedthe crystal particle dimension,specific area,IR and ESR spectra,concentration ofun-supported TiCl_4,and the effect of adding dichlorodiphenylsilane during poly-merization.It is found thai dichlorodiphenylsilane reacts with supported MgCl_2as well as other components,thus improving the supported features of TiCl_4with the un-supported TiCl_4 disappearing,and further influencing the formationand features of the active species.
