摘    要:以现代人力资源管理理念针对现实存在主要问题,将绩效考核纳入并有效提升为绩效管理,建立起完整的、科学的适应市场经济要求的岗位绩效工资管理体系,更好构建符合现代企业要求的收入分配制度及适应市场的需要。

Abstract:Based on the new ideas of modera human resources,to counter the main problems at the present,We'll promote a check to be a management on the achievement and efficiency.In order to set up a better income distribution system conforming to requirement of the modern enterprise and keeping abreast of the market.We'll establish an integrated and scientific system of post achievement and efficiency salary and it can suit the needs of market economy.
