| Abstract: | Report of the 17th National Congress of CPC puts forward the magnificent target to build a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020, which shows the way of development of our country. From aspects of insisting on scientific development, arousing social vitality, optimizing social structure and perfecting distribution system, this paper discusses and analyzes some points in building a well-off society in an all-round way. |
