基于DSP的三相航空中频电源的设计

摘    要:文中介绍了基于DSP的115 V/400 Hz三相中频电源的设计原理和设计方法,详细阐述了移相全桥变换器和周波变流器工作原理及控制方法,给出了系统的总体结构和功率主电路图.变频电源采用移相谐振控制技术、周波变流型高频环节逆变技术和基于DSP数字控制技术,使整机开关最大程度地实现了软开关.实验结果表明,该变频电源设计合理,具有较高可靠性和功率密度.

Abstract:A design method of three-phase intermediate frequency aerial power of 115 V/400 Hz based on DSP is pro-posed. The working principle and control method of phase-shifted full-bridge converter and cycloconverter are presented in detail. The overall structure of the system and the power circuit are also given. The phase-shift-controlled technology and the high- frequency (HF) link inverting technology are also adopted in the design of this power supply, which makes the circuit realize soft switching to the utmost extent. The experiment results verify the control methods are reasonable and with high reliability and power density.
