| 摘 要： | AOD炉的生产节奏直接决定了不锈钢生产企业的产能。通过对生产304不锈钢企业的分析，提出改善电炉初钢水质量、优化供气制度、控制冷料的加入量和提高工人操作熟练性的措施，这些措施的实施使15tAOD炉生产节奏得到明显的提高，生产效率提高了14．3％。

| Abstract: | The capacity of a stainless steel enterprise is mainly determined by the rhythm of AOD furnace. Based on the analysis of the stainless steel enterprise which mainly produces 304 stainless steel, some measures have been proposed, such as improving quality of crude molten steel of electric are furnace, optimizing the gas providing system, controlling the quantity of cold metals and promoting operation skills of workers. By the implement of these measures, the production rhythm of the 15 t AOD Units furnace has been obviously improved and the production efficiency has been enhanced 14.3%. |
