The Effectiveness Evaluation on Communication Command of Capital Ship Formation

To evaluate the effectiveness on communication command of capital ship formation,the index system is established based on the method of analytic hierarchy process.This paper evaluated the effectiveness on communication command of capital ship formation based on the methods of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetical judgement.The quantification values of quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes were calculated respectively by the expected value method and the posting value method based on fuzzy synthetical judgement.The analysis shows that the index system and evaluating method can evaluate the synthetical effectiveness of communication command system quickly and concretely in the given mission,which supplies a fast and valid method to evaluate the effectiveness on communication command of capital ship formation.
