广州电网复合绝缘子性能老化抽检分析

摘    要:为研究广州电网复合绝缘子性能老化情况,进行了部分复合绝缘子的抽检试验。对抽检的5条线路47支复合绝缘子分别进行了外观检查、憎水性测试、工频干耐受电压试验、水煮试验后陡波试验、水煮后工频耐受电压试验、50%额定机械负荷耐受试验、密封性能试验及机械破坏性试验等测试,抽检结果表明复合绝缘子的性能老化问题应引起运行部门的重视。

Abstract:Sampling and checking is conducted on some composite insulators to research their aging degree in Guangzhou network.47 composite insulators in 5 power lines have experienced visual inspection,hydrophobi-city test,power frequency voltage withstanding test in dry status,steep wave experiments and power frequency voltage withstanding test after boiling,withstanding test with 50% rate mechanical load,sealing test and mechanical failure test etc.The test results show that the aging problem of composite insulators needs concern from operation division.
