摘    要:开发应用带电测试技术是电网发展的需求。介绍了同相比较法带电测试与停电预防性试验的特点,通过对广州供电局部分电流互感器进行介质损耗和电容量的带电测试与停电测试数据的对比分析,验证了介损同相比较法带电测试技术的有效性,为在现场大规模推广该项测试技术并通过带电测试延长停电预防性试验周期打下了技术基础。

Abstract:Exploring and appling live test technology is the demand of network development.Features of live test in the same-phase comparison method and preventive outage test are presented.Through the comparison and analysis on live and outage test data of dielectric loss and capacitance on some current transformers in Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau,effectiveness of live test on dielectric loss in the same-phase comparison method is proven,which makes the technical foundation for large-scale promotion of this test technology on site and for lengthening the preventive outage test cycle.
