离子液体催化香豆素-3-羧酸的合成研究

摘    要:在乙醇中,以[Bmim]BF4为催化剂,通过水杨醛与米氏酸的Knoevenagel缩合反应合成了香豆素-3-羧酸,对影响香豆素-3-羧酸产率的各反应条件进行了研究,得出最佳工艺条件为n(米氏酸):n(水杨醛)=1.2:1.0,[Brnim]BF4 0.4mL,乙醇15 mL(均对2.4g水杨醛),反应时间1.5h,香豆...

Abstract:Coumarin-3-carboxylic acid was synthesized from salicylaldehyde and Meldrum′s acid in ethanol by Knoevenagel condensation reaction using BF4 as the catalyst.The effects of reaction condition were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows:salicylaldehyde=2.4 g,Meldrum′s acid =3.46 g,BF4=0.4 mL,ethanol =15 mL and reaction time=1.5 h.The yield of coumarin-3-carboxylic acid reached higher than 95%.
