摘    要:上海石化2号聚酯装置经过多年增量改造后产能大幅提高,但由于工艺条件强化,副产物乙醛的生成量有所上升。通过酯化釜扩容缓和了工艺反应条件,从而降低了酯化反应中的副反应;同时,提出对乙醛进行回收,变废为宝,减少对大气的污染,进一步推进装置清洁化生产。

Abstract:The production was increased greatly with same energy consumption after the capacity expanding of No.2 PET Plant in SPC.With the rising of temperature,the by-product acetaldehyde(AA) became more.Through modification of the reactor and decrease the temperature of esterification,the emission mount of AA was cutdown.At the same time the plan was made to recover the AA produced by reaction of heat degradation in order to avoid atmospheric pollution.
