摘    要:应用液相色谱法测定氯嘧磺隆·乙草胺乳油有效成分的质量分数,此方法分析速度快,操作简便,能有效分离2种组分.经验证应用液相色谱法测定乙草胺加标回收率为100.01%,氯嘧磺隆加标回收率为99.83%;乙草胺线性回归方程为:Y=0.005 4+0.768 4X,氯嘧磺隆线性回归方程为y=0.010 8+0.423 6 X;...

Abstract:Effective component of acetochlor emulsifiable concentrates for chlorimuron-ethyl was analyzed by liquid chromatography,this method has many advantages,such as rapidity,simplicity,and separating two components effectively.The results showed that additive recovery of acetochlor was 100.01,additive recovery of chlorimuron-ethyl was 99.83.Linear regression equation of acetochlor was Y=0.005 4+0.768 4X,and linear regression equation of chlorimuron-ethyl was Y=0.010 8+0.423 6X;The correlation coefficient of acetochlor,r,was 0.999 2,and the correlation coefficient of chlorimuron-ethyl,r,was 0.999 0 by means of liquid chromatography.
