山东蓬莱矿业选矿厂尾矿堆放及排水方式探讨

为了解决蓬莱矿业选矿厂的尾矿堆存与排水问题，通过对比各种堆存方式的优缺点，结合当前选矿厂的生产工艺和地形特点，因地制宜地采用尾矿坝前堆放和涵洞方式排水，成功解决了尾矿堆放、回水及雨季泄洪问题。该种尾矿堆存及排水方式的成功运用，为小型-山谷型尾矿库的使用与维护提供了宝贵经验，具有较好的经济社会效益。

Discussion on the Ways of Tailing Dumps and Drainage of Penglai Mining Concentrator,Shandong Province

In order to solve the problems of tailings dumps and drainage in Penglai Mining concentrator,by comparing of the advantages and disadvantages of various stacking methods,combined with the current concentrator process characteristics and geographical features,we successfully resolve the problems of tailings pile,backwater and flood during the rainy season by using the ways of dam-front pile up and culverts drainage.The successful application of this tailings dumps and drainage way provides valuable experience about tailings maintenance and use for small valley-based concentrator,has good economic and social benefits.
