摘    要:钛合金、镍基高温合金的低导热性、高化学活性引起高速切削过程中刀-屑接触区域温度高、工件材料与刀具亲和力强,刀具磨损严重,加工效率低,属于典型的难加工材料.针对这类典型难加工材料中刀具摩擦与磨损严重的问题,在论述高速切削刀-屑接触区摩擦特性研究现状的基础上,分析了刀具磨损机理、刀具切削性能、以及冷却润滑对刀具摩擦磨损行为...

Abstract:The poor thermal conductivity and high chemical activity of titanium and nickel-based alloys result in concentration of high temperatures at the tool-chip interface.There exist strong affinities between workpiece and tool.These weaken the bonding strength of the tool substrate,thereby accelerating tool wear and reducing machining efficiency.They are classified as typical difficult-to-machine materials.Therefore,based on analyzing the research progress of the friction characteristic of tool-chip interface,this paper provides an overview of the tool wear mechanism,tool performance,the effects of tool material and cooling on tool friction and wears behavior,and tool wear modeling.The prospect of tool friction and wear behavior in high-speed cutting difficult-to-cut material is presented at last.
