| 摘 要： | 针对银行IC卡二次发卡，先收集再集中处理的传统方法在实际操作中的困难及可行性，论文提出了基于置前写技术的、广泛分布于网点的IC卡读卡器的银行IC卡二次发卡系统的设计，详细阐述了软件设计、IC卡原始数据的保存、安全密钥的重置等。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the difficulties and feasibility in pratical operation of the traditional method that collects first and then processes concentratedly the data, a bank IC card reissue system based on pre-write technology is proposed, which uses the widely-distributed IC readers of bank branches. This paper describes in detail the software design, the preservation of original IC card data and the security key rewrite. |
