摘    要:主要介绍XRF熔融法测定钒渣中的钒 ,方法具有快速、准确、简便的特点。用合成标样和内控标样作标准样品绘制工作曲线 ,采用PH校正模式对谱线重叠和基体吸收 -增强效应进行校正 ,同时对校正项优化处理。XRF熔融法测定钒渣中钒范围为 0.2 %~ 15 % ,满足测定要求。

Abstract:The determ ination of V 2O 5 in vanadium slag by XRF was described The calibration curve was e stablished by using internal contro l standards and synthetic standard s The line overlap and matrix effects were corrected by PH mathematic mod el with empirical coefficient meth od XRF method is simple,rapid,accu rate for the determination of V 2O 5 in vanadium slag,and gives sa tisfaction to d etermination demand The analytical range of the method is from 0 2% to 15%
