基于FMECA的装备质量缺陷预防研究

摘    要:运用科学的手段和方法,开展针对潜在故障模式的质量缺陷预防研究,对于我军装备建设的发展具有重大的现实意义.在引入故障模式、影响及危害性分析(failure mode effect and criticality analysis,FMECA)方法的基础上,重点介绍了应用FMECA进行分析的一般流程及FMECA所使用的几个重要参数;给出了一个基于FMECA质量缺陷预防应用的实例及其结果分析;阐述了应用FMECA时应注意的几个问题.

Abstract:It is of great practical significance for the development of military equipment construction to research on the prevention of quality failure using scientific means and methods.The paper mainly introduces the general analysis procedure and several important parameters of failure mode effect and criticality analysis(FMECA),gives example for the prevention of quality failure with its result analysis,and puts forward some problems that should be noticed during the application of FMECA.
