智能钻杆研究现状及海隆电导通钻杆的试制

摘    要:简述了智能钻杆的研究意义、发展过程、研究现状及存在的问题,将电导通作为智能钻杆研究的关键,提出了在钻杆内实现电导通的首要研究目标,并进行了智能钻杆的试制。结果表明,试制的智能钻杆实现了电导通,达到了设计提出的目标和要求,即向井下传送的电功率达1 kW,适用环境温度为180℃,循环泵压不低于40MPa。

Abstract:This paper expatiated research significance,development history,current research status and existing problems of intelligent drill pipe,at the same time,it considered that electrical conductance pass is key point for studying intelligent drill pipe,and put forward the first research object is realizing electrical conductance pass in drill pipe,as well as trial-production of intelligent drill pipe was conducted.The result indicated the trial-production intelligent drill pipe realized electrical conductance pass,and can send up to 10 kW electric power to underground as specified in design requirements.Its working ambient temperature is 180 ℃,and circulating pump pressure is not less than 40 MPa.
