SLXL-3型红外气体检测录井仪

摘    要:为适应简易录井需求,尤其适合开发井低成本录井服务需要,胜利油田地质录井公司研制了SLXL-3型红外气体检测录井仪。录井仪的数据采集模块采用485总线方式.以简化系统结构,减小安装强度;气体检测模块放弃了传统的FID检测方式,选用了基于红外原理的气体检测,检测的参数包括轻烃、重烃和全烃。整个仪器实现了数据采集小型化和气体检测的简约化。现场实验证明该仪器完全适合于快速搬迁的开发井录井作业。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of simply mud logging,es- pecially to fit the demand of mud logging of low cost for the development well,Geologging Company of Shengli Oilfield developed a new type of mud logging unit.The data acquisi- tion model of the unit used the way of 485 bus method to simplify the system structure and minimize the installation strength.The gas detection model abandoned the traditional FID detection way and selected the gas detection way based on the infrared principles,and the detected parameters in- clude light,heavy and total hydrocarbon.The whole unit has realized small-sized for the data acquisition and concise- ness for the gas detection.It was proved by the wellsite test that the unit was totally suitable for mud logging in the de- velopment well under the condition of fast mobilization.
