周向弧形弹簧双质量飞轮设计方法研究

摘    要:根据周向弧形弹簧式双质量飞轮结构及工作原理,基于怠速工况和正常行驶工况下所建立的发动机、双质量飞轮与动力传动系统的多质量扭振模型,提出了周向弧形弹簧式双质量飞轮第1级扭转刚度的取值方法以及双质量飞轮转动惯量分配方法.根据弧形弹簧的布置形式,分析了第2级扭转刚度与第1级扭转刚度的关系,提出了第2级扭转刚度的取值方法.采用普通离合器式扭转减振器,动力传动系统在怠速工况下第1阶扭振频率在15~20Hz之间,与发动机怠速接近,容易发生扭振.利用此方法为某轿车设计了周向弧形弹簧式双质量飞轮,并对该车的动力传动系统进行了模态分析与振动试验验证.研究结果表明:怠速工况下,第1阶扭振频率降至9Hz,远低于怠速;正常行驶工况下,在正常行驶速度范围内未发生主谐次扭振,并对发动机的速度波动削减了67%,具有良好的减振效果.

Abstract:Based on the features of the structure and working principle of the circumferential arc spring dual mass flywheel (CS-DMF) and the multi-freedom torsional vibration model of the engine, dual mass flywheel and powertrain system established under idling and driving conditions, the procedures to determine the first torsional stiffness of CS-DMF and the distribution of rotary inertia of CS-DM were worked out. From the circumferential arc spring arrangement and relationship between the second and the first torsional stiffnesses, the procedure to determine the second torsional stiffness was derived. Under idling condition, the first order torsional vibration frequency of the power system with conventional clutch-type torsional vibration damper was in range of 15~20Hz, very close to engine idle speed and liable to cause torsion vibration. These procedures had been applied to the CS-DMF design for a car power system. The modal analysis and the test verification show that under idling condition, the first order torsional vibration frequency drops to 9Hz, far lower than engine idle speed; under driving condition no main order torsional vibration occurs and engine speed fluctuation decreases by 67%, demonstrating satisfactory damping effect.
