摘    要:针对悬臂粱结构,采用麦克风、声卡、计算机及Adobe Audition 3.0软件构成的非接触式声学测试分析系统,通过瞬态冲击使试件产生振动,经计算机声卡和信号处理软件测试声压信号,然后根据悬臂梁固有频率理论公式,计算得到尼龙棒的弹性模量,并进行了有限元逆分析验证.该系统具有结构简单、操作方便、价格低廉、测试精度高等优点.

Abstract:A elastic module measurement system composed of microphone,sound card,computer and Adobe Audition 3.0 is proposed for the cantilever beam. The beam vibration characteristics caused by the instantaneous impact are tested and analyzed by the measurement system. Then the elastic module of PA6 is computed according to the cantilever natural frequency formulas. The result is verified by finite element inverse analysis.
